  • Aseptic NICU

For newborns who need intensive care and are free of infection.

  • Septic NICU

A physically separate unit, so a newborn with an infection is nursed away from the aseptic babies rather than beside them.

A high dependency unit for patients who need close observation.

Common Questions

Questions we are often asked

Short answers to the things parents ask most often. If your question is not here, please call and ask us.

Do you have an NICU?
Yes. The hospital has a neonatal intensive care unit with radiant warmers and phototherapy units, and it is divided into an aseptic NICU and a separate septic NICU so that a newborn with an infection is nursed apart from the others. Newborn care is led by Dr. Jaydipsinh B. Bhati, MB DCH. There is also a PICU for older children and an HDU for patients who need close observation.
Do you do deliveries and caesareans?
Yes. There is a dedicated birthing suite and labour room, and a modular operation theatre in the same building for caesarean and other surgical procedures. Deliveries are looked after by Dr. Digita J. Bhati, MS.
Is a lady doctor available for obstetrics and gynaecology?
Yes. Dr. Digita J. Bhati, MS, is the hospital's obstetrician and gynaecologist, and she is one of the two doctors who own and run the hospital. She sees patients in her own OPD room.
Do you accept Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY)?
Yes. Ayushman Bharat PMJAY is available at this hospital for eligible paediatric care from birth to 18 years. It is not available for gynaecology services here. Our on-site PMJAY desk can help you confirm eligibility and complete the paperwork.
Is there a pharmacy and a laboratory on site?
Yes, both are inside the hospital. Krishna Medical Store is the pharmacy, just off the main corridor, and Perfect Pathology Laboratory is the in-house lab, so samples do not have to be sent elsewhere for routine tests.
What are the OPD and emergency timings?
OPD consultations are available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays.
